The role
As Country Manager you establish and lead tDigital in your market. This is a founding role: you build the local business from the ground up — clients, consultants and brand — with the backing of the group and direct access to the CEO.
Compensation is equity-based. You share the risk of building the business and the upside of owning it.
What you will do
- Establish the local entity and own its P&L
- Win the first enterprise clients and lead key accounts
- Recruit and develop the local consultant team
- Represent tDigital in your market and build the brand
What you bring
- A strong network among enterprise buyers in your market
- Experience selling and delivering consulting services
- The drive to build a business as an owner, not an employee
- Fluent English; fluent Swedish is a requirement
