tDigital led engineering across DeLaval’s IoT digital transformation program, with responsibility spanning architecture, project management, and delivery across multiple squads inside the tribe. The engagement included establishing engineering standards and guidelines, training and supporting developers across squads, building and maintaining shared components and code libraries, and developing and administering CI/CD pipelines used across the programme.
The work covered engineering leadership, architecture, project management, CI/CD engineering, and developer enablement. The result was a coherent, scalable foundation supporting DeLaval’s IoT services and the broader digital transformation of its dairy production solutions.
