nShift (formerly Consignor) is a leading delivery management platform serving over 10,000 customers across Europe, helping logistics, retail, and e-commerce businesses optimise their delivery operations. With distributed engineering teams across Norway and Romania, the company needed a consistent way to onboard developers, raise technical standards, and accelerate the path from new hire to productive contributor across multiple sites.

tDigital designed and delivered a structured trainee program for nShift’s engineering organisation, bringing new and existing developers up to production standard across both locations. We built tailored curricula, hands-on workshops, and best-practice guidelines covering the company’s technology stack, development workflows, and quality expectations.

The work covered program design, technical curriculum development, workshop facilitation, advisory support on system development, and ongoing collaboration with team leads in Norway and Romania. The result was a repeatable onboarding and capability-building model that strengthened consistency across nShift’s distributed engineering teams and reduced the time needed to bring new developers to full productivity.
